Course Courtesy
Serving Club Captains, GCMA members, Head Greenkeepers, and PGA Professionals are invited to apply for courtesy when making a booking. All are expected to hold, and will produce on arrival, a valid GCMA, BIGGA or PGA card.
No courtesy will be offered if not agreed by the Office in advance. Courtesy of the course is not a right; the decision to extend courtesy of the course is at the discretion of the Management of the Club. Course Courtesy is offered a maximum of 3 times in a calendar year.

Refund Policy:
Seaton Carew Golf Club operate the following refund policy for on-line, mail, e-mail or telephone bookings:
Full refunds will only be given within 14 days of booking.
Refunds will not be considered after the 14 day period.
Customers will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation.
As a gesture of goodwill, an offer will be made of an alternate date.

Weather Cancellations:
No cash refunds.
An alternate date will be offered.
